At the Field School Foundation we believe that the joy of science is for everyone. And what says "joy" more than drag queens, shark research, and a good cause?
Join us for the fourth annual Drag n' Tag September 21, 2024 A day of shark research, hosted by the incredible Queen of Shark Research herself, Miss Toto, all to raise funds for LGBTQ+ youth! As part of this fundraiser we will host a day-long shark tagging research trip on Research Vessel Garvin with our friends at Field School and Miss Toto. All proceeds will be donated to Pridelines - an LGBTQ+ community center and support program based right here in Miami, FL (learn more: https://pridelines.org/). Ticket levels include: Participant ticket: $200.00 Spend the day shark tagging with Miss Toto and our team. Participants will be taught to take measurements and small tissue samples from sharks caught as part of the hands-on research trip. All data and samples will contribute to Field School's ongoing research program in Biscayne Bay. Donate $20 or more: Receive exclusive photos of Miss Toto from the event and beyond!
